Are there any costs to get started with Onsite Pro?
No, there aren’t any setup costs for Onsite.
I want to make sure my sales team sticks to what I set up. Is there an admin account?
Yes, there are two types of Onsite Pro accounts. Admin users can update settings, edit pricebook items, and see the overall sales performance. Sales users will be able to create proposals and edit the items going into individual proposals but will only view their proposals & sales metrics.
Do I have to pay per user?
Onsite Pro is one low cost for as many users as you need within a single pricebook.
How long does onboarding take?
We will take you through your account and you will be able to create proposals that same day!
Do I need to set up my estimate templates & pricebook items?
No! The team has preloaded great templates and pricebook items that you can use as-is or edit to fit your business.
What if I already have a pricebook with services that I offer?
As part of setup, we can add services and other details from your existing pricebook into Onsite Pro.
Do I have to update my prices or availability?
No! That is all updated automatically to minimize upkeep for you.
What is shared with distributors and manufacturers?
We take the privacy of contractors seriously and only provide usage information and aggregated results unless you opt-in to provide more details.
I don’t have a tablet. Can I still use Onsite Pro?
Absolutely! Onsite Pro is a web application that you will also run on your computer.
